Main responsibilities:
 
  • Work with clients and internal teams to scope, design, and build well-designed integration solutions
  • Lead or participate in technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with client business objectives
  • Develop, test, and document integration solutions and data migration elements of business applications
  • Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structure for projects and proposals
  • Lead the technical direction of MuleSoft API and Integration projects
  • Create and own the architecture for MuleSoft API and Integration projects
  • Configure APIs, proxy endpoints, API portals and API analytics based on technical specifications with MuleSoft API manager
  • Design, Develop with Anypoint Studio and related Mule components (Mule ESB, ETLs, flows, Dataweave, Filtering, exception handling, API management)
  • Demo sessions, Technical Reviews & Test data preparation

Qualifications:
  • MuleSoft Developer Certification (Mule 4)
  • MuleSoft Platform Architect or MuleSoft Integration Architect Certification (Mule 4)
  • 5+ years developing and architecting MuleSoft solutions is required. 
  • 8+ years of experiance in a consulting capacity
  • Integration experience with Salesforce is highly favorable. Broad knowledge of the entire Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) is beneficial. 
  • Strong experience in Application Integration Architecture, API and Microservices architecture, Solution Design, and Development using SOA/EAI solutions 
  • Experience with all aspects of the system implementation process of system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support, including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post-implementation support. 
  • Experience with multiple MuleSoft deployment models (CloudHub, On-Premise, Runtime Fabric); automated build & deployment pipelines (CI/CD), and following design first methodologies within Anypoint Design Center 
  • Experience in various commercial integration systems would be an advantage; knowledge of various data formats XML, JSON etc.
  • Proficiency in developing Mule components (Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio, ETLs, flows, MEL, message modelling, Routing, Filtering, Database, Exception Handling, API Management)
  • REST/SOAP, APIs, Integrations, JSON, XML, Salesforce, Oracle PL/SQL . MuleSoft connectors Salesforce, DB, MQ, FTP etc.
  • Experience of using Postman (or equivalent API tool)
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills; experience in both Agile and waterfall methodologies 
  •  Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients 
  • Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience with MUnit as well as Java and writing JUnit tests 


Nice to haves: 
  • Experience within the Financial Services Industry and systems such as Core Banking, etc. 
  • Salesforce admin or developer certification
